This is bottom-up employee controlled system where they can enter who, what, where, how, estimated time, priority, skill set, resources used and much more in a database that is easy to use and develop reports. The entries could be standard tasks, project work, ideas, continuous improvement, documents or any information that the employee can list in their own database. It's cloud-based, low-cost and easy to use.
